Step 1 - Select Dates and Room Type

Enter your check-in and check-out dates (by choosing number of nights, the check-out date is calculated automatically), the number of rooms you wish to book and the number of adults and/or children below 12 years old. Then click on “Search”.

Note: If you are a Loyalty Program Member please fill in your promo code in the relevant box to get your Privilege Guest Discount of 5%. Your promo code is written in front of your Privileged Guest Loyalty Card.

Select the room type of your choice and click on “Select” in order to proceed. You can point your mouse on each room type to view the description and amenities of each room. Special Offers, if any, are shown in your left box. After you have selected your room type you can see the total amount payable and below (in red) the total savings from any Special Offer which may be applicable in a specific period.

Note: The discount from any Special Offer is calculated and deducted instantly on the price.

Click on “continue booking” to proceed to Step 2 or “change room type” to go back and choose a different room.


Step 2 - Select a Room

Here you can view your hotel booking and you can remove it by clicking on “Remove this booking” or you can proceed to payment. At this step you can also book a transfer from Paphos or Larnaca airport  to the hotel by selecting "Add airport Transfer to your order". The price of the transfer is added automatically on you your hotel total order. Then click on Proceed to Payment to go to Step 3.


Step 3 – Personal Info

At this step you have three options:
A. Loyalty Member Sign In. If you are a registered member of the hotel fill in your E-mail and password* when first register. You may redeem any points you may have at this point.
B. Join our Loyalty program by filling the relevant form and get FREE 500 initial points which you can redeem instantly. Or
C. Continue without becoming a member.

*Note: If you have forgotten your password please click on “Forgot your password'” and enter your e-mail address to have your password sent to you.

Step 4 - Payment Information

Fill in your personal and credit card information and you are done.

Step 5 - Booking Confrimation

We will send you by email your final confirmation with your Booking Reference number and the Accommodation Reservation Voucher. That will be done automaticaly once your credit card has been cleared.
