Summer Competition Terms and Conditions:

The competition is organised by the Cynthiana Beach Hotel Paphos, Cyprus.
1. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter and be eligible to win the prize.
2. Each reservation made during the validity period through the website www.cynthianahotel.com, which is not subsequently cancelled, will be eligible for entry into the applicable prize draw.
3. Employees, representatives, and agents of Cynthiana Beach Hotel, Paphos, Cyprus, as well as any member of the family or household of any of the aforementioned are not eligible to enter.
5. A one week free accommodation, on bed & breakfast basis in a Sea View Room for two person will be won during the competition term. The prize must be accepted as awarded and can be transferable from the winner to anyone he/she may wish. No substitutions, refunds or cash equivalent payments will be offered.
6. Contestants can enter as many times as they wish. Each booking of minimum 4 nights made on the website represents one competition entry.
7. The prize winner will be selected at random from Cynthiana Beach Hotel website bookings made from July 2010 to October 2010.
8. The winner will be notified via email using the email address submitted with the booking. If the winning notification email is returned as undeliverable, the prize winner will be redrawn from the remaining valid entry bookings and awarded to a new contestant. The winner must respond to the winning notification email within seven (7) days of notification. If a response is not received within this time period, another entry will be drawn randomly.
9. The name of the winner will be published after the 7 day notification period on the hotel website.
